Sometimes a website just isn't enough and techincal IT issues arise. Email, network or computer setup issues require a trained IT professional to assist with troubleshooting or setup.
As an add-on service, we offer full IT-services to our customers including email troubleshooting, software installations, hardware setup and even network or wireless network setup.

On-demand service
Not staffed to handle your website after it launches? No problem!
Chill Consulting offers an on-demand service to our customers. This service involves payment of a monthly retainer fee for all site maintenance. Chill Consulting will manage all site updates, hosting issues and new content for a set, monthly fee.
Yearly contract is required and the fees are set for the term of the contract. Fees are reassessed yearly based previous year's workload.
